LCTEHong Kong Longchung Talent & Enterprise Services (LCTE)
Hong Kong two-way hub

Core Philosophy

Hong Kong as a Two-Way Hub for Talent and Enterprise Growth

Hong Kong Longchung Talent & Enterprise Services (LCTE) uses Hong Kong as a strategic base to connect Mainland China, the Greater Bay Area and global markets. We help Mainland enterprises and talent use Hong Kong to access international markets, and support overseas enterprises and talent to enter Mainland China and the Greater Bay Area through Hong Kong.

We are not only connecting talent and enterprises; we are building a two-way growth loop of talent incubation and enterprise incubation. High-potential talent enters real enterprise scenarios through training, internships, employment and project collaboration, turning professional capability into products, services and business results.

As growing companies complete product validation, client expansion and organisational development, they create more roles, projects, revenue and development opportunities for talent. Mature talent can further become project leads, managers, partners or founders, continuing to incubate new teams, projects and companies.

Through this continuous cycle, LCTE aims to promote talent mobility, enterprise growth, job creation, innovation commercialisation and industrial upgrading, strengthening Hong Kong’s local economy and startup ecosystem.
